My client is looking for a Chef de Partie to join this Gastro pub located in a beautiful location in the heart of Surrey, due to location a car would be ideal, unless you are living in.

This charming pub uses high quality, fresh, locally sourced ingredients to cater to a very high level. So we are looking for a genuine foodie with a passion for using local produce is this you then we would love to hear from you.

The Chef de Parties responsibilities will be to:

* Help to create new, exciting dishes for our menu, combining your own interests and local produce

* Assist and learn from the Head Chef

* Train, inspire and develop Junior chefs

* Ability to stay focused and work in a fast-paced environment

* Strong kitchen management skills

Salary for this role is up to £26,000 to £29,000 per annum.
