Chef De Partie
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £27000/annum + £100 of tips per month
A great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade at an exclusive venue in Surrey has become available for a talented CDP.
The ideal candidate will have prior CDP experience in a busy quality, fresh food establishment, and enjoy belonging to a hardworking and supportive team. This role is for 48 hours per week on a 5 days in 7 basis and will include weekends and bank holidays. On-site live-in accommodation may be available for this role if required.
The Ideal Applicant:
* Consistent experience as a CDP in a busy, fresh food kitchen
* NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery desirable
* Level 2 Food Hygiene
* Good standard of written and spoken English
* High standard of personal presentation
* Be reliable, hard-working and passionate about food
* Willing to adhere to Covid secure guidelines
