Are you a successful Catering Business Development Manager looking for that next step into a Business Development Director role or an established Catering Business Development Director?    

Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our driven Catering Sales team in the UK!

Your primary responsibilities will include:

To manage business growth, within the agreed annual regional/company sales budget.
To prepare and agree on company gross profit budgets for each contract via completion of the Atalian Servest Catering budget, with the Director and the Operations Manager.
To check contracts to establish that all areas of the disciplines are being achieved prior to site visits.
To develop prospect sales to meet and exceed client and company budget requirements, through regular and up-to-date marketing and merchandising.
From time to time, assist in the development of brands and themes for testing in existing/new business from time to time.
Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of a contract database.
To obtain agreement for any capital expenditure prior to agreement with the client, including terms for recovery.
Where directed, to assist and/or advise in tender submissions for an existing business.
Contact potential new clients with a view to arranging appointments.
Regular review of contracts out to tender.
To actively gain new, profitable business as set out within the agreed Business Plan to meet and/or exceed the regional/company’s expectation.
To assist and/or advise Team Members within our existing client base, as requested by the Sales Director.
To produce proposals, tenders, and prequels, including final presentations, and any general correspondence, using a laptop computer, and where practicable forwarding these documents by electronic mail.
To develop proposals as a part of an FM or multi-service bid.

About You:

Previous Catering (FM) sales experience
Proactive, accurate with an eye for detail
An ability to communicate at all levels
Well organised
PC literate
Software experience: Microsoft Excel, Word. PowerPoint and e-mail.
