Tuesday-Saturday – 7am-3pm with overtime available

Responsibilities for the role of Catering Assistant
* Responsible for the efficient and timely preparation of quality meals and beverages
* To carry out general cleaning tasks to ensure hygiene and working standards fall in line with regulatory and company standards
* To effectively manage within budgetary constraints and supply stock level
* Using all pre-populated recipes and allergen content in production recipes as per the company guidance
* Support the daily checks for COSHH, Fire, and accident measures
* Observe allergen precautions
* Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to
* To ensure that adequate products, equipment, and materials are properly used and stored
Person Specification
* Preferably have had experience in the catering or Hospitality industry
* Be of a proactive mindset
* Must be IT literate
* Must possess people management skills
* The ability to work and communicate within a team is of utmost importance
