HancoxRead Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Operational Manager on behalf of their client.
They are looking for an experienced catering manager who will manage 9 kitchens across the City serving 350 lunches per day.
You will be responsible for all compliance and training, along with the responsibility of all staff, induction, supervision, and training.
Menu writing and ordering will also fall within the purview of the Catering Manager.
QualificationsExperience
NVQ Level 5 in Food Management or equivalent qualification or relevant qualifications
5 years plus experience in managing multiple kitchens
Enhanced DBS with Adult Barring & Registered on the Update Service
