A 3 month vacancy booking for a busy events and Tea room business in the centre of Birmingham. Immediate start to take control of catering across the site which comprises of a large events kitchen (weddings/corporate/celebrations of life ect) as well as a small but busy cafe outlet open 7 days.
* Skills / qualifications: Senior Culinary leadership for events, Producing team rotas to cover events, Working with Sales team to agree and deliver menus to required standards, Good I.T. systems awareness to quickly learn ordering systems
* 40 hours 5/7
