This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun and friendly team in supporting clients within the Education, Science and Technology sectors. You will be running campaigns, calling businesses across East Anglia and networking on Linked In.

Location: Histon, Cambridge
Hourly Rate: £23,500 + joining bonus
Duration: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (2 days remote working & 3 days office working)

We are looking for candidates who are willing to learn and eager to develop an exciting career within an established business. Ideally you will have had an experience of speaking to clients and customers on the phone and have some business knowledge.

Duties:

– Working on behalf of Educational, Manufacturing, Science and other professional service in campaign support
– Outbound calls to businesses across East Anglia
– Responding to emails in a timely manner
– Using Linked In to support campaign projects and networking
– Logging communications on the system and inputting data on excel
– Conducting research and lead generation campaigns throughout the UK
– Building relationships with clients and customers by providing an excellent service
– Keeping client records up to date
– Working within a small team to achieve targets and KPIs
Skills and Experience:

– Good telephone manner and happy to make a high volume of calls daily
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to work to targets
– Able to work in a busy and fast paced environment
– Able to work efficiently and effectively
