We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Business Administrator (Maternity Cover) to join our Clothing Team. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for suppliers, communicating detailed information on shipments and supply schedules. You will be required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to efficiently gain accurate information. For this role you will be supporting the sourcing, production and logistics teams to book in all Triumph Clothing deliveries, taking responsibility in ensuring deliveries meet required deadlines. You will be responsible for all general clothing administration including procurement, organising travel, data inputting and processing orders.
To succeed you will have a good understanding of data processes and strong level of attention to detail including data recording. You will have previous experience of working within a fast paced office environment. You will be highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines as well as being flexible and adaptable. You will have demonstrable experience in using Microsoft Packages including Excel, Word and Outlook. You will have excellent communication skills and be confident planning and organising your own workload. Previous experience of AS400 and working within a clothing or distribution environment would be advantageous, however this isn’t essential.
