Igloo are on the lookout for Sales Administrators to join our client’s team!
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day administration of the sales and logistics department. This position often involves fast-paced, time-sensitive tasks. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, supporting both internal operations and external customers to ensure their needs are met efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Efficient and professional handling of customer telephone inquiries.
* Processing orders for same-day dispatch.
* Communicating with customers and suppliers via telephone and email to ensure order fulfilment.
* Providing general office administration support to the Office Manager.
* Data input on various databases and preparation of paperwork.
* Assisting with stock control and periodic stocktaking.
* Accommodating any ad-hoc duties as required by the management team.
* Strict adherence to the company's Health & Safety guidelines.

* GCSE or equivalent qualification (preferred).
* Driving licence (preferred).
