Salary : £25000 – £28000/annum Plus Benefits

My client in Dunstable are looking for a Billings / Administration Coordinator to join an exciting team that support televised motor sport! The role will be actively involved in the management of invoicing third parties and service providers. Previous billing or accounts administration experienced preferred. You must be able to use Microsoft Excel and have good organisational skill with excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities of the Role Includes

* Actively involved in file management and monitoring of creation of files in Cargowise.

* Co-ordinating with Project Co-Ordinators to obtain necessary invoices from Service Providers.

* Ensuring all accruals and costs are included in the file.

* Issue Customer Invoices & Proformas.

* Profit and Loss reporting.

* Process suppliers invoices.

* To ensure that all documentation required supporting invoicing to clients are collated in accordance with client procedures.

* Coordinates approval of Invoices from services provided.

* Prepares Authorisation forms and/or any other procedures required by customer.

* To approve cost invoices to accounts after approval by Project Co-Ordinator

* Administration support on sales and quote template completion.

* Maintenance of administration procedures in a collaborative approach.

* Billing for charter contracts

* Billing for TV contract and additional administration support for utilisation of vehicle redundancy.

* Project support as required
