The Opportunity
Working in an independently owned business this is a part time role up to 30 hours a week with additional hours available when holiday cover is needed and during summer months.
The Role:
As Baker your role will include but not be limited to:
* Batch bread making quantities of 5 to 15 loaves or 20 to 50 rolls
* Making Scones, Teacakes and Brioche
* Making batches of Cakes, Traybakes, Cookies, Cheesecakes
* Portioning and presenting Cakes, Bread and Rolls for window display
Experience Required:
2 years experience as a Baker is preferable although not essential if you can demonstrate experience that is relevant to this position.
You must be able to follow recipes that are provided by the employer – however if you have your own recipes the employer is happy for you to present new ideas.
