The Job Role and What we are looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic organised, flexible ,experienced and passionate baker to join our team.
They are a independent café chain, which have been going since 2015, with 5 branches across the Cotswolds.

Key Responsibilities
•Shifts start early in the morning rotating starts with the other bakers
•Baking goods to be served in our cafes across to Cotswolds
•Following recipe instructions, adding/mixing ingredients whilst maintaining correct proportions
•Rejecting any non conforming/out of date raw materials, and adhering to all H&S legislations as well as internal cleanliness policies
•Reporting quality and performance issues to Supervisor/Team Leader
•Maintaining appropriate hygiene standards due to the working environment
•Maintaining high quality production standards at all times
