Our client is currently looking for a sous chef to start at their Nursing Home in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

Your role would include:

Delivering consistent, high quality and innovative dishes

Working closely with the Head Chef

Managing the overall kitchen operation

Rep schedules

Stock control, budgeting and maintenance, as well as the day to day management of the kitchen team.
