Hourly Rate; £11.49 Full time salary equivalent is £22,412 based on 37.5 hours

Working Hours: Various contracts available. Full-time & Part Time hours available.  Working pattern to be discussed at interview stage.

They also provide support to the chefs in the dining hall.

Job Role Overview of a Catering Assistant:

Prepare and serve at meal counters, ensuring all areas meet top presentation standards.

Keep dining and kitchen spaces clean, including sanitising surfaces and dishwashing.

Handle inquiries from students and staff courteously and maintain a professional manner.

Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations, and participate in necessary training.

Perform physical tasks, support weekend events, and assist with various functions as needed.

Essential Criteria for Catering Assistant:

Willingness to work as part of a team.

Initiative and self-motivation.

Good level of physical fitness.
