Salary : £25000 – £30000/annum

Our client based in the outskirts of Lincoln are looking for an Assistant Manager to join their team and assist the farm manager on a temporary basis in the day to day running of a broiler breeder unit.
It is a brilliant opportunity for someone in the poultry industry looking for temporary work or looking for their next step.

The role will include:
· Ensuring the highest levels of bird welfare are maintained
· Alarm cover and support
· Egg collection
· Flock inspections and floor walks
· Holiday cover for Farm manager / Staff
· Feed Ordering
· Managing the farm in absence of the farm manager

Experience in the same role or similar is beneficial.

Hours between 5am-7am start – 3/4pm finish. 40-60 basic hours a week over up to 7 days a week. £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience.
