Do you want to work for a growing, Architectural & property consultancy that is going to help you progress your abilities as an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist.
A multi-award winning commercial property consultancy, seeks an experienced Architectural Technician and Architectural Technologist to supplement their medium-sized team of 40 in the Glasgow or Edinburgh office. Our clients have been established for over 50 years and work on some very interesting projects ranging from sectors like office, retail and industrial premises.
The successful Architectural Technician will have a good understanding of Architectural and Technical concepts and be responsible for managing their own portfolio of projects across the central belt of Scotland. You will be able to work on your own initiative and within a team environment with excellent IT and communication skills being essential. You will be responsible for ensuring the day to day client expectations are met and that regular client contact is maintained.
Person Specification/ requirement:
Recent experience of working in an Architectural or Technical role is essential.
CIAT qualified or working towards qualification.
Sound knowledge of the RIBA Plan of work.
Ideally you will have at least 2 years post qualification experience
