A well-known digital agency in Glasgow City Centre is looking for a Digital Designer to join their team. The agency has kept busy with new and existing clients over the last 12 months and have grown steadily over this time.
They work on projects for multi-national clients across many different sectors such as finance, drinks, healthcare and more.
They are looking for a Digital Designer that is experienced working in a fast-paced environments. If you've got experience working in an agency then this could be the perfect role for you – not to worry if you haven't though, they're keen to see people from all different backgrounds.
Ideally, you'll have plenty of experience working as a Digital Designer across different platforms. Due to the fast-paced nature of the company, they don't expect you to do lots of user research but an appreciation of it is necessary. You'll be expected to have a strong understanding of UX principles which are evident from your work. Saying this, the main skill they look for in their Designers, is creative flair so you may have started out in graphic design and progressed into digital design.
They are very collaborative in the way in which they work, so you'll be expected to come forthcoming with ideas and get involved in creative discussions. It's a very supportive team that you'll be joining that are great at what they do.
They are based in Glasgow Centre and operate a hybrid working approach, so you'd be expected to be in the office a couple times per week. They have a budget of up to £58,000 and a strong benefits package on top of this – this includes Private Medical, a great pension contribution and much more.
