Apprentice NPD Assistant
Our client is one of the major suppliers in the fresh cut flowers market and have a growing and enviable customer base. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an ambitious Apprentice Floral Designer to help them develop new and exciting ranges to present to their customers and grow their business further.
You will either have recently left school or college and have a creative flair, in this role you will be supporting the team which creates ranges of flower for their major customers.
You will be helping this process, developing skills along the way. You will be taught how to develop products and ranges, how to fully cost them and you will develop solid communication, organisation, and time management skills along the way. You will need to be organised and not be afraid of hard work, as there are deadlines to be met.
It is a fast moving and dynamic environment, the team is passionate about what they do and this will be a great opportunity to join a very creative business and develop news skills.
The salary is circa £20k + benefits.
