Lincoln, Full Time

Our award-winning, forward-thinking client is looking for a Junior Product Designer to join their team. Our client is a market leader in their area of expertise and is looking for a very creative but hands on candidate.
THE ROLE
Your responsibilities as a Junior Product Designer will include:
* Contributing to tasks including writing manuals for products, instructions and addendums as part of the NPD team
* Updating and creating 3D CAD models
* Using Solidworks proficiently
* Working with Designers and Product Manager
* Administration and archiving
* Assist with prototyping, safety testing, photo shoots
* Working internally and internationally with team members
* Hands on role, must be good with hand tools
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Junior Product Designer will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:
* Degree or equivalent in product design
* Extensive experience in Solidworks, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
* Due to location driving licence and own transport is required
* Amazing communication skills
* A creative mind set and forward thinker
