Sales Executive/Manager

Salary : £30000 – £45000/annum
Simon Acres Recruitment are proud to represent for a leading specialist retailer of contemporary and traditional bathrooms company based in Guildford who are look for a Sales Manager.
This is a full time, permanent position paying £30,000-£45,000 per annum depending on experience with a bonus scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading a team looking to optimise both sales and customer service
Ensuring personal presentation is at a high standard
Communicating with a wide range of existing customers and new sales prospects including interior designers, property developers and high-end retail clients
Ensuring all sales orders receive maximum care and efficiency
Efficiently progressing after sales enquiries, returns and refunds mindful of the reputation management of the company
Managing the premises including the alarm, window cleaner, and cashing up
Main Requirements:
To be able to adapt to internal and external communications, both verbal and written
Having an excellent telephone manner
A minimum of 5 years bathroom retail experience is desired
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ensuring meticulous adherence to established systems and procedures
The ability to work in a strong established team
Awareness of all sources of potential business, for example walk ins, telephone, email and web
Attention to detail
Experience in design and virtual worlds are desired but not essential
To have an eye for display and new product
To be an enthusiastic individual
