BIM/Architectural Technologist
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £45000/annum
We are working with an International Multi-discipline Architectural / Engineering design company based in London Fitzrovia, who are looking for an BIM/Architectura Technologist to join their transport team.
This practice is known world-wide and have an impressive portfolio of unique and award-winning projects. You will be working with a talented team of over 50+ Architects, Designers and Engineers. As well as being the go to practice for unique and complicated projects, they are one of the forerunners when it comes to all things BIM.
If successful, you will be working on one of their more technical projects in the Transport sector, however, please note that experience in this sector isn't necessary.
The role is on a 3-month contract, however this can extend subject to performance.
As a Architectural technologist, you need:
Proficiency using Aecosim/Open Buildings software for the production of Architectural BIM models within the ProjectWise environment
Coordinating with Multi Disciplines to produce a fully coordinated BIM model
Setting up Dynamic model extractions for detailed design drawing production
Input of data within BIM models for the production of Door and Room Schedules
Assistance with general drawing production
