We are representing a prestigious and global professional services firm who are looking for a Service Designer to join their team and work on a key programme for the business. Sitting in the UX and Design Centre of Excellence (CoE) you will work with fellow UX Designers and UX Researchers on this piece of work.
The programme involves creating a fantastic employee experience through interactions with core business functions like HR, IT, Legal and Finance. As a Service Designer your role will involve a blend of traditional UX Design and user research, along with more strategic, organisational Service Design. Expect to work on focus groups, feasibility assessments, storyboards and visual design artefacts for a Proof of Concept.
We are looking for:
Experience as both a UX Designer and Service Designer
A keen UX mindset combined with fantastic visual design skills
Exposure to large, complex businesses, ideally with an international footprint and stakeholders
Adept at key design tools (i.e. Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, etc.)It would be a bonus if you had:
