A highly reputable, Architectural design practice are looking for an experienced, Senior Architectural Technician to join the company and work primarily on a selection of High-End Residential, award-winning projects.

Our client are a true industry-leader. They are well known across Manchester, Cheshire, Cumbria and their primary location of Lancashire. Their typical workload can be simplified to one core design-sector: High-End Residential, but when you dig deeper it is so much more than that.
The Directorship team here has been in place for several years and has established an incredible reputation for delivering high-quality projects. Their client base is typically quite wealthy client base with large budgets, niche appetites for design and are particularly demanding. For this Senior Architectural Technician role we are looking for someone that can handle pressure, deliver quality outputs and has a keen eye for design allthewhile retaining the ability to produce high-level technical information.
Ideally we need someone with a minimum of 5 years practical experience and a background of having worked in an Architectural or Technical role. We are happy to speak with a 'Technically-minded' Architect if they are interested in this type of High-End Residential workload.
The primary softwares used here are AutoCAD & SKetchup. Experience in both would be useful in this role.
