Senior Architect (High-end Residential)

Salary : £37000 – £42500/annum
Conrad Consulting have a unique opportunity for an experienced Residential Architect to join a busy Architectural team in Lancashire, near Preston.
Our client are an incredibly reputable design studio with modern offices in Lancashire. Their team of directors have a wealth of knowledge and experience, along with an extensive client base equipped to weather any potentially tricky periods ahead.
Their wealth of experience would be best complimented with the hire of an experienced Architect, with a strong portfolio of projects completed in the high-end Residential sector. These could be private residences, townhouses or even international projects of a similar nature. What we are looking for is a quality designer. Someone with a keen eye for detail and an ability to oversee complex projects, often in tricky locations.
We are looking for a competent, RIBA Chartered Architect that is first and foremost, a self-starter. Someone that can run and oversee their own project work and contribute to the developing portfolio curated by this Architectural design studio.
