Job Description:

Simon Acres Group is seeking a talented Bathroom Designer/Sales Assistant to join a German Kitchens and Bathroom showroom in Berkshire. If you have a passion for bathroom design, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing projects from initial concept to installation, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete projects from the initial greeting to installation, meeting clients both in the showroom and at their homes.
* Carry out measurements, design client's dream bathrooms or interior solutions to their requirements and offer professional advice and recommendations.
* Close sales and manage projects through to completion while always ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Help lead and mentor other showroom designers to fulfil monthly objectives.
Qualifications for the Role:
* Experience with Winner/20/20 Design/CAD Design, Word, and Excel (can be from other sectors).
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to manage and prioritize own workload with the initiative to work independently.
