Job purpose; Porcelanosa has been a highly regarded and respected supplier of quality floor coverings, sanitary ware and kitchens to the construction and retail markets across Europe and the World since 1973.
Working as part of the Interior Design Team and reporting to the Design Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the contract sales department within the South East Region by producing designs to illustrate client ideas in support of sales opportunities.
Key Skills and Responsibilities;
Meeting and establishing a close working relationship with clients and their construction team.
Demonstrate a good working knowledge and understanding of architects drawings and scales.
Undertaking site visits if required to confirm measurements prior to client placing orders.
Preparing design proposals for the sales person, and where necessary, to assist in its presentation to client. This will include CGI images, product information and images, colour schemes and samples.
The role will require you to keep up-to-date with the current market trends and where necessary represent the company at trade shows when required within the UK and Spain. Personal Attributes Education and Qualifications
A Design based qualification preferred, or similar work experience considered.
Background using 2D/3D CAD (ie: auto CAD) packages and Bathroom Industry knowledge would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
