Role: Senior Account Manager – Large Format Graphics
Salary: £35K-£45K + Car package + Commission
Location: Watford
My client are a leading provider of Large Format Graphics, Exhibitions and Events who are looking to bring in an experienced Account Manager to their team. This role will be focused on developing existing relationships, nurturing current accounts, and growing these.
**This role is not focused on bringing in new business accounts**
* Manage and grow existing accounts and new opportunities via outstanding customer service and cross/upselling skills via:
* Understanding and interpreting customer enquiries, provide large format graphics guidance and expertise
* Preparation of quotations/bids at appropriate margins for the business.
* Responding to all enquiries quickly and professionally
* Follow up all quotations in agreed timescales
* Improve quotation conversion rates, both by number and revenue
* Manage all activity on the business CRM system
Key skills:
* Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
* Thorough understanding of the sales process
* Demonstrable experience in cross and upselling of opportunities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
* Strong business sense and commercial acumen.
