Desktop Support x2 for our globally renowned client

100% remote

Hours:  

8am-5pm

Days:    

Sat-Wed (will be working even if these days fall on holidays e.g Christmas

Day to Day/Required Skills:

Application support of over 30 production applications. They will be supporting the backend and user interface.
Infrastructure Support/Systems Admin skill set 
Administer complex applications that they have (Okta)
Light touch AWS experience – managing EC2s, VMS,
Experience working with the network – manages several domains, created DNS records
Automation > writes scripts with Python.
Active Directory  

Environment:

Film specific applications = Movie magic, synchronize, asset hub
The applications are film industry specific (Avid, studio desk, Moxion, Box storage, OKTA)
Virtual Production applications = file maker, whole Adobe Creative cloud suite
Environment is Linux/Windows mix
