This is a great opportunity for an excellent UX Designer with a passion for user research to help develop user-centred products in a fast-paced environment whilst working as part of a friendly and inclusive creative team.

Role Review as their UX designer:
As a UX Designer you will be an integral part of the Design team and will play a key role in research, discovery and definition stages. You will workshop user requirements, produce wireframes, test prototypes, facilitate end user testing and more.

● Research. You’ll help identify gaps in knowledge and carry out research to gather missing information. You’ll comfortably apply diverse research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative) to enrich our understanding of true user needs, helping develop empathy. Through research you’ll identify patterns and share findings with internal and external stakeholders.
● Information Architecture. Based on content requirements, you’ll develop robust, user-centred information architecture. You will ensure that the structure follows best practices and meets organisational and user needs.
● Wireframing. You’ll identify key templates and pages to be wireframed, following clear conventions based on modular design.
● Prototyping. You’ll create wireframe-based prototypes to better illustrate the intended user flows as well as key interactions.
● Testing. You’ll facilitate usability and other similar types of testing to ensure that UX outputs match expectations of the target audience.

Who you are as their UX designer:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training / professional work experience in one of the following areas or related field:
UX Design, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Sociology or similar sciences
● 3-5 years’ experience in UX Design, information architecture, user research or similar field
● Experience designing and running user research is highly advantageous
● Proficient with design and diagramming tools such as Adobe XD and Miro
● Ability to justify design decisions through solid reasoning based on UX principles, user research, and product knowledge
● You are sociable, open-minded and inclusive
● You are eager to learn and share your knowledge with the teammates
● Experience in non-profit sector is a nice to have Experience with Hotjar and Google Analytics is a nice to have
● Commercial awareness within agency environment is a nice to have
