E-Commerce Design Program Manager

A global powerhouse within the social media industry is looking for an E-Commerce Design Program Manager to join their team remotely on an initial 12 month contract.

They are looking to hire an experienced E-Commerce Design Program Manager to support their design teams in building their commerce platform. You will proactively define better ways to communicate effectively, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and ship products using best-in-class tools and standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Commerce Product organisation in a time of rapid evolution. You will display leadership ability by forming strong partnerships, and proactively identifying complex operational gaps to solve through efficient scaled operations, a focus on product quality, improved team health, and maintaining a robust design culture.

Activities may include creating documentation, defining working models and playbooks, driving critical programs and milestones, organising and facilitating workshops, and creating forums to aid successful collaboration and clear communications.

Desired Experience

7+ years of experience as a producer, project manager, or program manager supporting product design teams.
Experience working with product designers on delivering initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a design team's workflow and outcomes.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, product management, content design, user research, etc.
Track record of operating independently, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organised manner.
Prior experience in supporting teams ship world-class digital experiences in the commerce industry is desirable.Desired Skills
