As the architect of your team's success, you will spearhead weekly KPI meetings, presenting insights to both your team and senior management. Your role is crucial in fostering customer relationships, acting as the first port of call for queries, offering solutions, and escalating issues when necessary.

Training is at the heart of this role, where you will orchestrate and deliver comprehensive instruction, ensuring team versatility across all site functions. Your vigilance in reviewing procedures and work instructions, particularly post-incident, will maintain the highest safety and quality standards, in consultation with the Quality department.

Administrative acumen is key, as you will provide audit support across terminals, maintain stringent operational procedures, and manage overtime and charges for the Commercial/Accounts department. Month-end reporting and HMRC documentation will be under your meticulous care, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Customer service excellence is paramount, as you will nurture relationships with customers and hauliers, equipping your department with the necessary tools for peak efficiency. Collaboration with the Terminal Manager will keep you at the forefront of CCS activities and performance.

Your role extends to managing departmental Itrent/holiday planning and authorisation, and executing tasks as directed by Terminal/CCS management. Your leadership will contribute to a department that operates effectively and fosters an approachable, collaborative culture.

Candidates must possess a minimum of GCSE or A-Level qualifications or equivalent, demonstrate outstanding leadership capabilities, excel in customer service and communication, and have a robust understanding of the liquid storage business, including adherence to and review of procedures and work instructions.
