Days: Saturday and Sunday only

Foxes Recruitment are recruiting for a Cook to work at a elderly care complex based in Melton Mowbray.

As a Cook you will be responsible for:
* delivering a high quality catering service
* planning menus with residents
* assisting Healthcare Professionals in the area of dietician
* maintaining quality assurance systems within the kitchen
* preparing weekly food rotas and menus, paying attention to any special dietary requirements

Required:
• NVQ Level 2 in catering and hospitality
• 1 years'experience in a catering environment
