Waiter/Waitress and Deli Assistant positions in a VIP lounge paying £11.57 p/h and £12.22 p/h

We are recruiting for number of Waiter/Waitress and Deli Assistant roles at Heathrow Airport (TW6 1EW). These positions are with a prestigious VIP lounge at the airport.
These waiter/waitress and deli assistant positions will be shift-based work with 4 days on and 2 days off shift pattern, these positions will be 1-week early followed by 1-week late rota.

Hours of work:
Waiter and Waitress: 05:30 hrs to 14:00 hrs and 13:30 hrs to 22:00 hrs. £11.57 p/h or £24000/annum.
Deli Assistant: 05:15 hrs to 14:15 hrs and 14:00 hrs to 22:30 hrs. £12.22 p/h or £25400/annum.

In return a successful waiter/waitress and deli assistant will receive:
• £11.57 p/h and £12.22 p/h.
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week and opportunity for overtime.
• All meals on duty.
• Weekly or monthly pay.
• Criminal Record Check (DBS) reimbursement after 4 weeks.

The duties of deli waiter/waitress and deli assistant will include:
• Preparing and serving food to passengers.
• Ensuring all areas are clean and presentable.
• Assisting the chef with stock control and some admin work is associated with deli assistant role.
• Serving customers at deli bars and in the lounge area.
• Delivering brilliant customer service to passengers.
• Disposing of waste and emptying the bins.

Essential skills and experience required for waiter/waitress and deli assistant role:
• Ability to communicate efficiently with passengers and staff members.
• Exceptional customer service skills with good presentation.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and ability to stand for long period.
• Excellent communication skills with good numeracy.
• Ability to provide a check-able 5-year work/education referencing.
