We have launched an exciting Asian food offering in a significant organisation which has met with tremendous success. As part of the expansion program, we are now looking for an experienced Chef Supervisor with ambition to play a key role in the next phase.
The chef Supervisor will work directly with the Head Chef as well and the owner. You will be charged with driving hot food production in a food truck.
The company has ambitions to grow with potential additional sites further down the line.
Being a strong leader, you will help train and inspire the team to deliver the highest quality of food & hygiene whilst working towards a busy schedule.

* Have a proven track record within Asian high volume kitchens.
* Great organisational skills and time management.
* Proven administration capabilities for ordering, procurement.
* Can-do attitude with natural leadership and motivational skills.
