Van Driver

Driver Hire London South East are currently seeking a van driver/warehouse operative to work for our well established construction and machinery supplier company based in Sydenham.
Key responsibilities
* Assist in warehouse picking
* dispatching loading and unloading/ Check and load van daily
* Assisting with housekeeping, Health &Safety issues
* Assisting with goods in
* Stock counts at storage facility
* Delivery driving as required.
* Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager
* Be approachable and friendly towards customers at all times
* Physically fit
* Someone who can possess a Positive “Can Do" attitude, even when under pressure.
* Keep work area tidy and well organised at all times through the day.
This is a temporary position working within a creative, energetic & highly focused warehouse environment. The candidate is responsible and accountable for the timely and cost-effective warehouse working in line with company policy and procedure. Due to the critical nature of this role, a high level of attention to detail and administration will be required to maintain open and accurate communication to all departments.
