UX Designer

Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £50000 – £55000/annum working from home (part of the week)

As a UX Designer, would you like your work to be seen by over one million people and would you like to work for a forward thinking, supportive business?

An exciting new UX Designer opportunity has arisen at an established, industry leading membership organisation in East Grinstead where you'll join a dynamic team and use your passion and flair to identify and deliver improvements across multiple online brands and products.  You will work across digital channels including a website and mobile app and across multiple devices including desktop, tablet and mobile – ensuring the delivery of the customer experience, conversion process, and provision of services.  You will also create accurate reports on online performance (helping to increase the ROI from digital channels), present to internal stakeholders, and take designs from original concept to completion.

As UX Designer, your new role will encompass:

Identifying user issues and pain points, and adopting user centred approaches to fix them
Iterating visual and UX concepts and ideas based on user flows / journeys, wireframes, screen components and assets
Producing ideas, concepts, designs and assets that can be AB tested
Producing pixel perfect designs
Extending and applying UX and visual design standards and templates, evolving as needed
Recommended enhancements to UX and visual designs based on developments in design and competitor analysis
Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps using prototyping and design tools
I am interested in speaking with a UX (user experience) and UI professional such as a UX Designer or UX Specialist who has proven UI design and UX experience within an insight driven B2C ecommerce role, and who has the ability to prioritise their own workload and passion for keeping up to date with the lastest in UX and UI trends.  I am also looking for experience in the following:

Website optimisation and data analysis using Google Analytics
Working knowledge of SEO
Axure, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle – or other visual design and wire-framing tools
HTML, CSS and JavaScript

Salary £50,000 to £55,000 (depending on level of experience) plus attractive benefits including working from home (part of the week), private health scheme, discounts on retail, gym and outdoor leisure activities
