Salary : £25000/annum plus commission

Our fabulous Client is looking to recruit a couple of Media Telesales Representatives to join their team in Chichester.

You will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by reaching out to both new and existing customers. Our client’s mission is to help businesses gain exposure and attract new customers through various channels, including promotions, social media, and directory listings.

Responsibilities:

* Making Sales Calls: Conduct calls to both new leads and existing customers to promote and sell a range of our client’s products. This includes directory listings, promotional vouchers, and advertising packages.

* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing product information, and offering solutions tailored to their business objectives.

* Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team, consistently striving for excellence in sales performance.

* Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions using CRM software.

* Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.

Requirements:

* Sales Experience: Previous experience in telesales or direct sales is preferred, but not essential. Our client is welcoming candidates with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.

* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with customers over the phone and effectively conveying product information and sales messages.

* Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
