Trainee IT Technician
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £20000 – £30000/annum
My client has a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee IT Technician to join them due to expansion.
The role could suit an already experienced IT Support Analyst that is looking for a new challenge, or a Graduate/Junior that has studied IT and looking to get into their first position.
The IT Support Technician provide predominantly remote support to customers regarding bespoke software systems. Answering calls and emails as well as providing occasional on-site technical assistance and training to existing customers.
Full training will be given but previous IT exposure either from theoretical training, home use or work experience is needed.
You will need to have;
* Understanding of general IT Support including using various methods incl. remote support
* Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing at all levels
* Experience of working in a customer facing role
* Good technical and analytical skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
Please note you will to have a valid UK driving licence or be learning to drive in order to be considered
