Senior Business Analyst – Claims
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst who has experience of working in the INSURANCE CLAIMS arena. Joining an expanding programmes and change team. Company employs c3000 people. Your role will including reviewing, analysing and evaluating large complex claims business systems, processes and user needs. You will have experience of formulating claims system solutions that are parallel with the overall business strategies.
Home working with occasional travel to head office.
The role
·To undertake assigned projects and change and see such projects and changes through to completion in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner.
·To translate user requirements into detailed specifications.
·Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that delivered systems are both technically sustainable and meet the business need.
·To develop and deliver to the implementation plans for business process changes.
·Publication of high-quality business requirements and functional specifications.
·To analyse existing business processes in order to identify alternative solutions and recommend new approaches.
Required experience
·Significant experience working as a Business Analyst within an Agile environment
·Demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting business processes.
·Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications for Information Systems.
·Knowledge of business processes and service delivery in an insurance or similar financial services environment.
