Are you a highly organised and client-focused individual with experience in Service Coordination? Our client, a friendly and fast-paced growing organisation based in Winchester, is seeking a temporary Scheduler/Service Coordinator to join their team on an ongoing basis.
As a Scheduler/Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Service Team by managing their diary and providing administrative support. This ongoing temporary position offers flexible working hours, both full-time and part-time, to suit your needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling client queries via telephone and email, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues efficiently
* Coordinating and managing the schedules of engineers, ensuring effective allocation of resources
* Processing paperwork and efficiently closing completed jobs
* Administration of maintenance contracts, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates
Key attributes and skills required:
* Previous experience in a similar service role, dealing with engineers and clients.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
* Polite, understanding, and customer-oriented approach.
