Salary : £38900 – £42900/annum

We are recruiting for a Technical Support Analyst to join our client based near Exeter. Our client offers veterinary pharmaceuticals and vaccines. They are proud to be a global veterinary medicine provider dedicated to animals’ health and welfare. This is a full-time position for 1 year with a starting salary of £38,900.
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be required to travel to various sites to assist all corporate and remote users with technical issues with Poultry production systems. You will be providing first level end-user support. You will be working on farms with farmers to install poultry products and teach clients on the use of these products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Run diagnostic programs, isolate problems and determine and implements solutions
* Determine when to escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT team for further support
* Work closely with key customers, key opinion leaders, suppliers and industry stakeholders providing both proactive and reactive technical and operational support
* You will be responsible for Pre-Delivery inspections, repairs, maintenance, servicing and installation of their products
* You will be required to train both customers and internal colleagues in the uses, configuration and day to day maintenance of this equipment
* Close liaison with the poultry team, innovation team in Israel and UK insight vet team to ensure customers are well supported
Job Requirements:
* Must hold a Full UK driving license
* Knowledge and experience in poultry production systems
* Experience working on a farm
* Ability to adapt and evolve within a rapidly changing market environment
* Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
* To influence and motivate others without line management authority
* Computer and technical systems knowledge
* Customer service experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
