Technical Support Assistant
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £22000 – £24000/annum
We are looking for a Technical Support person to join our fantastic growing client in Huntingdon.
You will be joining an established friendly team, based at their offices in Huntingdon.

* You love understanding customer needs, and get satisfaction out of being extremely helpful.
* You are a natural with technology. (all technical training will be provided but it's a bonus to be able to pick it up quickly!)
* You are patient, honest and kind.
What we would like (Desirables)
* Experience within a customer service role (experience of telephone, email and online support).
* Experience with helpdesk software.
* Good basic computer skills (Office, etc)
