What are we looking for?
Axis is currently recruiting for a Technical Support Administrator. The main goal of this role is to provide technical support for the company alongside administration duties.
As a Technical Support Administrator, you will:
* Provide Technical Support to the Central Administration team and escalate any issues where required
* Compile detailed client reports and provide them to Senior Management in a timely manner
* Collect data from customers to allow informed business decisions to be made in relation to Product & Service development
* Support the wider Administration team with daily tasks when needed
To be successful in this role you will:
* Possess strong IT skills including knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
* Have previous experience in Administration and Customer Service
* Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and an ability to work to deadlines
* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
