The Company:
Our client is a well-established manufacturer leader in their field.
Main Duties:
To provide strong sales & logistics support to DACH & UK region sales teams. This will involve data entry, order processing as well as booking deliveries and raising international shipment paperwork
The Role:
– Support the Sales Team with admin duties / placing orders for customers
– Serve as liaison for the international accounts & first point of contact for the office
– Arrange transport & delivery of orders both within the UK & internationally
– Receive & deal with telephone enquiries including follow-up
– Maintain records and other documentation
– Identify & recommend improvements for administrative procedures
– Provide the highest level of courtesy and professionalism to resolve any issues
– Performing all other ad-hoc duties office administrative duties
The Candidate:
– Fluent in German (oral & written)
– Previous experience in Administration
– Excellent attention to detail
– Experience working in a B2B environment
– Flexible, adaptable and self-reliant
– Professional telephone manner with a ‘Can do’ attitude
