Cooper Lomaz are working with renowned manufacturers of electronic, industrial equipment, and software, serving diverse industries including agriculture, logistics, and waste management. They are on the lookout for a dynamic Technical Sales Administrator with a background in
engineering or agriculture. to accelerate our business growth.
Key Duties:
Customer Engagement: Establish rapport with customers across various sectors.
Site Surveys: Conduct detailed site surveys, capturing essential data including photos and measurements, to enhance customer service.
CAD Expertise: Translate site survey findings into accurate 2D CAD drawings, ensuring precision in our solutions.
Technical Consultation: Collaborate with colleagues to understand technical requirements, enabling informed customer discussions.
Quotation & Order Management: Prepare customer quotations, incorporating standard pricing and personalised costings, and follow up to secure orders.
Customer Liaison: Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams and customers, ensuring efficient order processing and delivery.
Key Skills Required:
Technical Acumen: Ability to comprehend technical specifications and product functionalities, spanning mechanical, electronic, and software components.
Industry Insight: Preferably from an agricultural background with a deep understanding of UK farming practices, particularly arable. However, candidates from other relevant sectors will also be considered.
IT Proficiency: Proficient in computer operations for updating and managing customer details in company systems.
Communication Skills: Organised with exceptional communication abilities and a strong customer-centric approach.
Driving License: Possession of a valid UK driving license is mandatory.
