As a Supply Teacher you will need to have;
* The ability to Teach KS3 and KS4
* The aptitude to nurture learners, encourage and stimulate young people
* Strong classroom management techniques essential
* Monitoring and development of student progression
* Hardworking and motivated teacher
* Be Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of Education.
* Have previous experience of teaching UK curriculum
* Have the ability to teach not only your own subject specialism but across the curriculum when required.
* Passion for teaching and education.
* Have a creative approach to teaching as well as being flexible and adaptable
