Our client, a multi award winning restaurant, serving creative modern cuisine is currently recruiting an experienced Sous Chef to join their award-winning brigade.
This is a superb chance to work alongside a talented Head Chef and a brigade that has first class skills, methods and techniques making the reputation of the kitchen the talk of the county. This luxury venue needs a Sous Chef to complete the team.
As Sous Chef you will be able to demonstrate a minimum of a 2/3AA rosette level background and have a flair and originality to bring to the team. The ideal Sous Chef must be a competent all-rounder, able to cover all sections and deputise for the Head Chef in his absence and have extensive knowledge of modern cooking techniques, GP’s and hygiene legislation.
