As a General Services Manager at one of the biggest catering companies, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of services. Your ability to lead the team and implement best practices will be critical to your success in the role.

What you’ll do:   

Manage and lead a team of professionals responsible for Catering, Facilities Management, Security and Waste/Cleaning.   
Develop and execute strategies to drive continuous improvement and operational best practice. 
Oversee relationships and monitor service levels to deliver excellence and client s:tisfaction. 
Adhere to all HSE policies and procedures to drive a zero-harm culture.
Manage budgets to maintain and achieve financial targets.
Small catering- staff restaurant/café which is managed by catering manager
Security- team of 5 
What you bring: 

You will have 3 years Facilities Management and covering Health and Safety.
You will hold a Health and Safety qualification like IOSH or RIPH. 
A soft services background would be essential and a hard services background would be desirable.
You will be IT literate, excellent communication skills and excellent client management skills.
