Solutions Architect
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £65000 – £75000/annum

Key Responsibilities
* Architect and Design Modern Cloud IT Infrastructure Solutions
* Delivery of Projects and Consultancy as the lead resource
* Support the Service Delivery Team as a 4th line escalation
* Work with customers on their Technical Roadmap and provide guidance and recommendations
Key competencies
* Experience progressing through a service desk 1st/2nd/3rd line to Technical Consultant
* Methodical approach to problem solving
* Experience with Microsoft 365 including Modern Endpoint Management and Security
* Microsoft Azure (Migration, Deployment and Management of services)
* Comfortable communicating at all levels including Management, Senior Leadership Team and Board/Directors
Desirable
* Microsoft Certifications (MS-100/101, AZ-104, MS-500)
* Advanced networking, VLANs, STP, LACP
* Secure networking, VPNs, ACL, IPS, IDS
* Hyper-V/VMware in both on-premises and hybrid deployments
