Due to continued expansion this established Somerset based Software Consultancy that provides a range of Accounting/Payroll Software to SME companies is now looking to grow the team. Role will involve providing Pre and post sales support, maintaining positive and proactive relationships with the client base, on site visitations as required to deliver projects and solutions and ensuring the company's revenue is protected by being billed and accounted for under a customer service contract.
Successful individual will ideally have a background in Software Support, knowledge of accounting/Payroll principals and experience of working with SME's. Any experience or qualification in Prince methodology would be an advantage. You will have exemplary communication skills and outstanding organisational skills.
