Social Media Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £19000 – £23000/annum
Tasks include, but not limited to:
Answering and accepting social media requests
Community management – reply and like comments, engage with followers, raising any issues to customer service across all channels
Creating engaging content for social media, including stories and reels
Reposting all appropriate consumer generated content and articles
Liaising with influencers regarding sending product in return for posts and deliverables
Handling TrustPilot reviews
Ad-hoc PR requests
This is a great opportunity for your first step into this industry, with lots of room to progress and grow under great management. Knowledge of social platforms and influencer trends is desirable, but not necessary. Just a good attitude, a friendly face and a strong work ethic!
Daily Job tasks:
– Go through and answer/ accept Instagram requests
– Look through all our Instagram ads & posts (respond / delete)
– Up to 3 swipe up stories
– A reel a day
– Send around 15 kits out a day to influencers store on excel to send off to Ruby at 5pm
– Chase influencers from previous days to post
– Check the trustpilot website & ask influencers for reviews of their teeth whitening process so far
Tiktok:
– Check up on every video comments section
– Send around 10 kits out per week
– Repost
Twitter:
– Repost any important updates/ news from our Instagram feed
– Retweet & like anything we are mentioned in
